- Fangyi send BIRD 155.1 draft 3 to Mike for posting
  - Done

New Discussion:

BIRD 155.1 draft 3:
- Arpad: Fangyi and Ambrish can not be in this call
  - Fangyi had recommended an alternate wording in an email
- Radek: I think that proposal is more precise
- Arpad: It would be good if the sentence were more readable.
- Arpad showed the BIRD draft
- Radek: It still refers to model_name as a formal DLL function argument.
  - This is no longer correct, it is now a Reserved_Parameter.

For various reasons this was a short meeting, adjourned after 16 minutes.
